The Onion and the Garlic was born out of the countless times people have asked me over the years, “How did you do it? How did you make it?”
And I can’t help but smile when I see their disappointment when I answer truthfully: “Mostly hard work and persistence.”
It’s the journey and the road that really matter.
As Ray Kroc once said, “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.”
